  • Oral Auction & Election of Officers

    A fun and lively event where members can bid on a wide range of rock, mineral, and lapidary treasures donated by fellow enthusiasts. Following the auction, we’ll hold our Election of Officers for the upcoming term.

  • Placer Artists Tour

    The Roseville Rock Rollers will be showcasing the art of cabochon making, with live demonstrations and member displays. We invite all members to stop by, support the event, and help us share our passion for lapidary with the public.

  • Gem Jewelry Fossil & Mineral Show

    A family-friendly event featuring educational exhibits, gem and mineral vendors, and demonstrations.

  • Placer County Fair

    Join us at the Placer County Fair! We’ll have our mineral ID station, and displays to inspire young rockhounds and promote our Annual Show in August.

  • Dino Day at Sierra College

    Join us at Dino Day for a fun, family-friendly science festival! We’ll be hosting a Mineral ID Booth and Activity Table where families can win prizes and explore rocks and minerals. Volunteers are needed—especially junior members—to assist with setup and outreach.

  • T-Shirt Design Contest

    Submit an original design for our Roseville Rock Rollers t-shirts. The winning artwork will be printed on t-shirts and possibly other merchandise. These items will be available for purchase on our website, helping us boost ticket sales and promote our Show!

  • Camp Paradise Scholarship

    Society adult members are elgible to apply for a full or partial scholarship for one week at the CFMS's Annual Earth Science Studies at Camp Paradise in the Plumas National Forest near Clipper Mills, CA. The drawing will be held at the May Educational Meeting.

    Both Society members and non-members are eligible to purchase tickets for $10 each, so spread the word! Tickets will be available at the Educational Meetings and the drawing will be held at the June Educational Meeting.
